I hate going to sleep at any time other than night, and even then it still isn't my favorite thing. sleep is a waste of time, and imo evolution should have given us some way to not need it by now

Naps disrupt my sleeping habits/schedules. Not only is it hard to start sleeping in the middle the day, I feel rotten after waking up.

I hate it when I start to accidentally take a nap on the couch or something so I get up to go lay in my bed but when I get there I'm wide awake and not wanting to take a nap at all/.

logically, doing it regularly will make it have no effect on your sleep schedule. when you don't normally do it, then do it at some point, is what causes the problems
