So my neighbor is being harrassed by her brother(cop) being accused of murder, and keeps geting phonecalls like:

"I hope your brother rots in prison, and dies"
"Your brother was a stuffhead I hope he dies"

And stuff like that

She has a disease and is very sick, and is really really nice(Probably the nicest person I know) It's not right.

it's not one person calling lol
it's a bunch of people, and there's no way to tell if they're going to harass you except answering
sure you could start blocking em as they come, but there's not gonna be many repeat callers. so it won't do much good
