I don't think you really have a good grasp on how to handle power. I remember you muting me a while ago for questioning you banning someone. If you really thought it was the right decision, you would have easily been able to defend it. I don't think you have a correct understanding on how to administrate.

It's not about looking for someone that slips up and banning them. You should try to help players as much as possible. If a player is breaking a rule, most times they're too young and just need a little guidance from a moderator or admin. The improper thing to do would be to ban them. They may have no idea why they got banned and it may even be very upsetting for them.

I've seen the way you and Glass treated people back on his fort wars. Still, even if your actions were very justified banning these people I don't think you, Glass, or maybe even Tango have a full understanding on how to administrate. (I mean, I'm not saying you guys don't have any understanding, you guys just need some guidance)

Situations like these can get very messy as personal emotions can get involved. This is one of the worst things that can happen as you're much more likely to make the wrong decision.
