It was a referrel link to a website host, after a certain amount of sign-ups I would get money for it. I feel stupid now, I wish I could go back in time and undo this :(

You can always PM Badspot about it. For about a year I had no edit feature on my posts until I finally brought it up to Baddy.
Your problem may be lingering effects of a ban. Mine were.

I noticed that I couldn't edit it today, I edited my profile the other day so it's the link I had.

So, if it was not an after effect from being banned, then it was a revoke.

You still have the right to ask about it since you had no notification of it happening.

I PM'd Badspot about it saying I was sorry, and how it won't happen again, so I guess at this point all I can do is wait.

Referral links can generally be detected by having a "ref" in the url. If you give a link to a certain about of people and they sign up, you get some benefit. Badspot really doesn't like these and if you try to post one, you'll be redirected to some text telling you to kill yourself.

pretty annoyed, he wont even tell me the reasoning behind revoking the privileges instead of just removing the link.
