USSR and MotE are completely different, the only thing similar between them is/was a few members and the fact that they are BL clans.

The reason i said that because USSR and MotE are identical in building, Both of them build so damn good.
And there's a chance that the MotE members might lose their epic building skills because of the purge, So they need something to keep them building.

MotE and USSR generally have far different building styles.

I'm sad there hasn't been a MotE dedi for a while... it was always a nice change of pace from the horrid city RPG DM crap.
