no matter, this thread isn't for that haha.

just ignore koopa lol
he's a snide prick with a stick up his ass that he can't seem to pull out.

chromium does sound nice, despite my strong preference for Chrome.
opera is meh.

eitherway, just look at Chrome and Chromium. they'll both do you a lot better than IE or firefox.

What?
He's implying Chrome has more issues than Internet Explorer's current version, which it does.

"A snide prick?" For giving people a suggestion for a browser that's better than your fabled Google tracking device? Bitch, please. I'll get over Chrome when you morons realize it's a terrible browser.

Opera performs immensely better than Chrome, especially under Linux. WebGL? Chrome may blaze through it compared to Firefox, but Opera has ~13% faster WebGL than Chrome. Installing userscripts? Maybe one that theme a page? You need stylish for Chrome to do that, but Opera has it built in. Don't get me wrong, Chromium is better than Google Chrome in more than three ways, but for performance, Opera is the way to go.

I'll concur that Chromium is better than Firefox, but Google Chrome is in no way better than Firefox. I would expect Chrome to perform nicely on my 2.4GHz Celeron D 320, but it simply does not. Firefox may freeze occasionally, but I'd rather that then waiting anywhere from twelve seconds to a minute for a page to load.

I got so many trojans with ie. :S

That site doesn't show ads in either IE or Chrome on my computer, so you probably have some dumb toolbar or something installed.

Control Panel>Network and Internet>Internet Options>Delete>Check the box "Browsing History" and "Cookies", or just "Cookies"have you not seen
all the other 10 posts
telling him
to get chrome
Also, who cares if he loving has IE, that's his choice and he, multiple times, has said that he is keeping IE. Just leave him alone and look at the actual problem damnit.
Oh my god, thank you so loving much.

Chrome's tabs run as a separate process allowing 2GB of RAM per process while still being an overall 32-bit application. Since nobody would be using 2GB per process this is an example of Chrome's amazing code design. Other features such as sandboxing can actually stop malware. IE's different versions have had problems with HTML.

Another thing to remember is that so many people use IE, hackers generally target it. As soon as I switched to Firefox and Chrome with anti-ad plugins and other security measures, I've not experienced a single threat on my computer.

No reason to use Chromium instead of Chrome, unless you're running some niche OS that there isn't an official Chrome build for, you want to run absolutely nightly, or you need to use some special source patch.

SOLUTION: Don't use Internet Explorer. What kind of sick man could live their life using Internet Explorer?
