You can't really compare the two - RTB is a service I provide for free and pay for myself. I'll run that in any way I want.
The point here is people are paying Kalphiter real life money and he's clearly not respecting that.

tango switching hosts does not incriminate kalphiter, it only shows that tango is convinced kalphiter is guilty.

also, where is the proof kalphiter launched the monday spam? all that picture does is further back up kalphiters statement that the server is stuff.

it was anyone and everyone. well not literally, but you see my point.

I was on the server earlier before this stuff went down, there was a lot of event abuse that went unchecked for a number of reasons.

It was.
Lego Rex resetted the minigame and it said "Lego Rex reset the minigame' and he said he was testing it to see how stuffty the server was with it's unprotection of events.
so clearly, someone else was abusing it.

What I'm seeing so far is a crap server, with crap admins, kalphiter goes to check it out and does something oblivious to the rules, gets banned, comes on in an alt and argues with the host. I see no maliciousness here at all.

I can't overstate how unprofessional and disrespectful it is to talk to/about paying clients like that.
