You'd have to be at least 18 or 19ish to actually have been around during the 90s cartoons assuming you didn't watch much TV when you were 0-4 years old.

I'm 16 if that means anything. I still remember watching the good shows and such. I also remember when television went to stuff.

Discuss '90s Nickelodeon and The '90s are All That

The show "Doug" really pissed me off. It still does.

I agree completely.
The show "Doug" really pissed me off. It still does.
Why?

Also I changed my Skype avatar to Stick Stickly and I'm already getting messages about it. lol

I was also born in the late 90's, but I got to see Rocket Power, Hey Arnold, Rugrats, CatDog, some of Aaah real monsters, and the Wild Thornberrys.

I miss all of them dearly.

everything went to hell after 2005
(i.e. music, television, and just people altogether)

Am I still a 90's kid? I was born in '99 and grew up with the reruns of SOME '90's shows.

no

that's like asking if you're an 80's kid for being born in December of '89

Why?
I don't know. It's probably the fact that Doug is a complete pusillanimous individual and that everyone had forgeted coloured skin.

Ah, Salute Your Shorts. That was a good show. I remember seeing Donkeylips (Michael Ray Bower) on an episode of MTV's Singled Out, if anyone here is old enough to remember that show. Poor guy didn't have a chance.

why not more modern ones like KND
