The main point I'm getting at here is that he's following me around like a creep (like he did with all my other friends) and just won't go away.

He may seem like a nuisance but just ignore him and go about your day. Making a drama is not going to help. He may be posting without much reason as to annoy you, but it's not like excessive flaming and/or spamming, so the chances of him getting in trouble are extremely unlikely and will probably never happen.
