I made Benzene and Pentane, but they look exactly like the ones on Wikipedia of course. I might try to make a crazy hydrocarbon and post it later. I am putting this on a flash drive.

Lol I totally screwed up at counting and put that the largest carbon chain was 11 instead of 12 for a while.

And apparently I autoaligned them according to the UFF when I should have used the MFFthingy

Someone should totally make a powder toy simulation like this. Essentially real life, but without the threat of killing yourself through fire or toxic fumes! :D
