First click the "Profile" button at the top of the page.
Then, on the window to the left, click "Forum Profile Information."
From there, in that window, check off "I will upload my own picture."
Choose the file you would like to upload from your machine, then at the bottom, click the "Change Profile" button.
Also, this probably should be in a different board.
