When I spawned, Jardyn had this stupid gun:

... again I heard it. So he is playing with fail-binned add-ons

That's the Ion Cannon, the spiritual predecessor to the mininuke. Pretty sure it was failbinned or blacklisted, even the creator disavows it.

The point here is that this host was playing with addons that were failbinned for VERY GOOD REASONS. I personally think anyone who dodges a crap-on of something horribly broken and useless (i.e. mininuke and ion cannon) is idiotic. Dodging the crap-on of Bot Events is understandable though.

The trick with using these overpowered, laggy superweapons is to ensure that most the general server population doesn't use them. Or stick to eventwork with them for specific situations and not let people spawn them willy-nilly.

I can see the point of the complaint, but asking for some form of restraint with people is nearly impossible it seems :/

same for the mini-nuke.

big ass explosion isn't even close to a valid bin reason. a valid bin reason is when the default rocket L starts doing it. get your facts straight.
