Chappy's Diary

I decided to start a diary today. Today was fun but was also like every other day... still dull weather and stuff. But today, we played a prank on Marty. While he was trying to sleep this evening we got a firecracker out. I hid behind the stack of rugs (i like them because they are soft) and the explosion went off. Bang! It was like someone had set off a bomb. We said someone was attacking the place and Marty fell for it. Also, that lady took flying lessons today apparently.

Here's an origin of Luke that I said in-game. I'm just gonna post it here.

"When it all happened I didn't really have time to watch the news or read the papers... It all happened too fast. We all know about the genementers... "scientific breakthrough"... But eventually that's what made them turn. They lost control of most of their brains and they just wanted meat... I heard about the possible dangers but I didn't think about it... It was like any other news story... My boss took one so he could walk again, and to celebrate he took me and some of my colleagues out to camp. There were seven of us then... Then he turned in the night... Bit another... We left them at the camp site... We obviously weren't gonna kill them because we had no idea what happened... The remaining five of us were stranded then... No communication... Always on the move... Miles away from anything as far as we knew. Eventually our camping supplies were running thin. We must have been searching for weeks... Two died of hypothermia and another got too sick he couldn't go on...  After about two days from our last death, me and Dan- the last one left - saw lights. Unfortunately the lights were much farther off than they seemed... Dan died of hypothermia... I had to take his coat and gloves to live... I kept following the lights and eventually I arrived... And here I am, two months later."

Really fun so far! My character has yet to make any friends yet though... ;_;

I hope there are more areas soon. Having different groups spread apart would be pretty cool, and would allow for a feel of separation between factions

New areas are added on a pretty regular basis. Like, we have had alot of new areas since launch.

Right now the next area that's going to be added is going to be difficult and time consuming (Building towns always is), but other than that new areas are added almost every session.

From what I can count off the top of my head, there's the Greenwood Station, Riverside, Greenwood Heart and East Greenwood Heart, Caravan Park, Riverside Highway, the Sewers and the Bomb Shelter.

Once I feel Greenwood Bandits have big enough area there will be new areas for a different faction which was introduced today.
