Do you like biking? Biking is great.

Running also.

Flippers is amazing for abs. Lay down on your back and but your legs up in the air and move them up and down simultaneously.

I've always been pretty strong but also always looked scrawny and still look scrawny. It's kind of fun though when someone tries to punk me by pushing me or arm wrestling me and I wreck them. I'm always hurting people and getting them mad at me though like the guys at work will push me and laugh and I'll just push them back playfully and they fly into a wall or fall over and get all pissed and run off, or someone punches my arm and I punch them back and they sit there crying for like 5 minutes. I would like to start lifting with more dedication and try to actually get a toned looking body but I always give up just because lifting weights is so boring.

I don't think so but regardless people learn not to punch me really fast I hate when people punch for no reason.

might start off seeming boring, but it wont be that way forever. you'll enjoy it when you see progress. lol

I don't really have much of a reason to.  I'm going for a composition/film scoring/conducting career.  I see little reason to be all buff n' stuff.  Plus, my girlfriend lets me get away with my figure, let alone a beard.
