I don't work out at all.
I don't really care for having toned muscles and such.
Getting stronger might be a benefit, but it's not enough of an incentive to push me to it.
I don't do masses of additional exercise but in my daily travel around town and such I do a lot of walking, up and down hills and over long distances.
It certainly isn't pushing me very far, but my body-weight remains roughly constant.
I have a fairly balanced diet, although I like my sweets and unhealthy things.
Most of my main meals are healthy. But I'm not afraid to have some chocolate or things in the day. And that's usually only if I'm having lunch at College, which is only at most 2 days a week.
I'm happy with my body image. I'm not a massively tall person, nor am I short. I'm certainly not bulky or toned in muscle, but I'm not a skinny mini. I like my little belly and my lovehandles. There's nothing wrong with them.
There's only one aspect of my body I'm not happy with, which is my face. But only when I have my glasses on.
I'm alright looking with them on, but I find I look better without them.
But I'm short-sighted and I need them for when at College, and tend to wear them all the time anyway.
Don't want contacts though. Too much trickiness and messing around with them. Who knows, might opt in for laser-eye surgery when I'm older perhaps.
In the mean time if I'm trying to attract someone I might just try a tactical "Cleaning the glasses" routine and make sure they see me while the glasses are off. ;)
