i want to have nice abs and arms and legs and ya

I don't work out at all.

I don't really care for having toned muscles and such.
Getting stronger might be a benefit, but it's not enough of an incentive to push me to it.

I don't do masses of additional exercise but in my daily travel around town and such I do a lot of walking, up and down hills and over long distances.
It certainly isn't pushing me very far, but my body-weight remains roughly constant.
I have a fairly balanced diet, although I like my sweets and unhealthy things.

Most of my main meals are healthy. But I'm not afraid to have some chocolate or things in the day. And that's usually only if I'm having lunch at College, which is only at most 2 days a week.

I'm happy with my body image. I'm not a massively tall person, nor am I short. I'm certainly not bulky or toned in muscle, but I'm not a skinny mini. I like my little belly and my lovehandles. There's nothing wrong with them.

There's only one aspect of my body I'm not happy with, which is my face. But only when I have my glasses on.
I'm alright looking with them on, but I find I look better without them.
But I'm short-sighted and I need them for when at College, and tend to wear them all the time anyway.
Don't want contacts though. Too much trickiness and messing around with them. Who knows, might opt in for laser-eye surgery when I'm older perhaps.
In the mean time if I'm trying to attract someone I might just try a tactical "Cleaning the glasses" routine and make sure they see me while the glasses are off. ;)

i have classes at school for workouts, and i do stuff at the gym + at home. im not in a sport currently, but i did football and am planning to do track to work on my speed.

Yup, every night - at least an hour or so before I got to bed at night. That way my heart isn't racing when I try to go to sleep, but I'm tired enough. As long as I can lift my own weight, I'm fine. I mostly run or parkour, so I'm not looking to get really muscular. I just tone to get a good look, and a little bit of muscle. Haha.

what kind of work out do you do every night? just running? whats your definition of 'parkour'?

if fapping = gaining upper arm strength, then yeah.

I don't lift weights often because I don't want slow, movement-restricting, puffy muscles but I do own a weight bench and crap of the such. Before I tore my back muscles 2 months ago I trained and sparred in martial arts, since then I've only been doing light workouts and no mma training; my back is still sore lolol

what pisses me off is I can't seem to gain any weight past 135 lbs without eating an assload of junk food

by my knowledge, this doesnt really happen. having larger muscles actually increases flexibility.

yeah man i lift

the kittens that i cuddle with

my flexibility hasn't seemed to be dependent on muscle mass from my transitioning of being a twig to a slightly-thicker branch

I heard in Science class that smaller muscles use less oxygen than larger muscles and can work for longer amounts of time, but aren't powerful like large muscles.

anyone who works out every morning and night for muscle gain is an idiot

you wouldn't gain a gram of muscle doing that, you'd lose it (and rather quickly)

I have a friend who does push ups every night+morning and his chest and arms are huge

Why would you think it doesn't work?!

I think he's talking about weight training

i think he probably means a proper and more refined work out, not just doing a set of probably 30 pushups

i doubt you've experienced being big if you're saying it's better to be small

Sometimes I like to do pullups or climb tree's if that counts as anything.
