My sensitivity is messed up

Since I had this computer there has been a problem

the whole time i was playing blockland on the sensitivity 0.289 it felt like 2.000

i dont know the problem is but can some one help me

OP, did you try typing "Mouse" into your Start menu to access the Windows mouse settings? Turn down the sensitivity in there.

OP, go to Windows control panel, go to your Mouse settings and go to Pointer options. Change sensibility in there.
