i tried formatting but it did not seem to work. is there a fix?

Explain further, what headphones, what MP3 player or what is it that you're actually using to play this stuff

what MP3 player or what is it that you're actually using to play this stuff

like i said,
Wesent-860 headphones.
they have a built-in mp3 player by the way.

Are the headphones giving out sound for everything but two flash applets?
Ensure they're outputting on the correct audio device under the OS settings
You can only use the 3.5mm jack with an auxiliary cable (which came in the box, assuming you're already using it)

These headphones are bad and you should feel bad. They're cheaply made

So we put a MP3 player IN your headphones so you could listen to music while you listen to music

fun fact: they worked on flash before

the headphones use USB to play from PCs

thank you for the helpful tip for playing flash sound!

I'm saying two things here: A) The headset is a cheap Chinese no-name brand that nobody knows about and people won't be able to provide support if they don't have the headset, which obviously they don't, and B) because I can't provide help because Google has no idea what the forget I'm talking about when I type in "Wesent".

Unless Windows can fix it for you, tough luck. :(

Well the first thing you should do is throw those headphones out and cut your wrist for making such a poor decision.

However, if you're not going to do that, I recommend updating sound drivers. Since you said there's an MP3 player built into the headphones, try and find if there's and update for the OS it's running. However I doubt it because of the make.

According to images, these headphones have a 3.5mm audio adapter, use that, not USB.
