Author Topic: Do I have a sleeping disorder?  (Read 2356 times)

My dad had sleeping problems, so I probably inherited that.

Sometimes at school, I get so exhausted and fall asleep, and it's just blackness, no dream. Then I kind of feel this downward motion then into like falling. I then jump like I was electricuted and everyone in class looks at me, it's so embarrasing. What could this be?

Absolutely everyone does this and then they die.
But everyone looks at you? Woah that must be some sort of disease.

p.s. don't stay up till 7am playing comp games and you might not be so tired

You have a sleeping disorder called Hypochondria. You should really see a doctor, and not just ask the blockland forums.

Try adjusting your sleep schedule.

It's not a disorder, you're just not getting enough restful sleep.

Is it serious?

Yeah, you should probably ask your parents about it, it's a love-linked disorder like hemophilia or red-green color blindness, so you probably got it from your dad.

My dad was also half way color-blind. Does that mean I'll have it? I almost literally have all of his traits, physical appearance, personality, attitude, etc.

*glare*

And I wasn't mocking him, I was casually pointing out the fact that he actually /does/ have hypochondria if he is worried about this.

My brain is soon going to be all over the walls.
