Author Topic: Do I have a sleeping disorder?  (Read 2327 times)

I am sort of an insomniac. (I inherited it from my parents.)

I find it funny that, after Allyorbase posts a disorder which relates to the paranoia of having illnesses, Elecro still assumed it was a completely sleeping-related disorder, wondering if he should see someone for the issue.

Elecro, you are incredibly gullible and by far one of the most ignorant individuals I've ever seen.  This shouldn't act as an insult, but an observation of your activities promoted on this forum.

I take about 2 melatonin tablets before bed, and that usually never helps.

I'm gullible also.

its cute how half of you think everything is genetic lol.

its a great scapegoat to not have to take care of yourself. be it fat'ness, or sleeping habits, or the diet and exercise that will affect sleeping.

While I agree, if you.. look harder, you won't cure color blindness.

That's normal when you are really tired.

Go to bed earlier.

I was falling asleep during school. Then I stopped staying up till 12:30am
