They pretty much only use the imperial system in the US, UK, Liberia, and Burma/Myanmar, stop basing your claims on stuff you just made up

I think he's being sarcastic. The United States is stupid and stubborn by refusing to adopt the Metric system and Celsius, instead of their poorly-organized counter parts nobody but Americans use.
