Everyday: 12:30AM

Best # of Hours: 4-5

Anywhere in the range of 7+ I feel exhausted for the majority of the day. Then I'm constantly thinking at night which prevents me from sleeping earlier.

9pm to 6 am
I try to get up at 5:50 but the extra 10 min really makes a difference on how tired I am

I sleep at random times and for random durations.
Yesterday I went to bed at 3 pm, slept for close to 20 hours

2:30 AM to 10:30 AM

8 hours of steady, lovely sleep

If I can keep track of it.

2AM - 11AM before, but now I find myself sleeping between 4-5AM to 1PM.

I know what you mean. For example, if I get out of bed to shut off my alarm clock, then go straight back to bed, 10 minutes later when I get up I feel incredibly tired compared to before.

I also have to get as much sleep as possible while not sleeping, which implies:
 - standing in the shower for a long period of time dozing off and relishing the warmth
 - being forced to use a schedule when going to school (at 8:12, I will reach the second stoplight and at 8:15, I will pass the grey building, etc.)
 - entering nirvana while sitting in class and waking up as soon as I start to slide out of my chair
 - be REALLY loving awake at night. logic.

I go to bed at about 11-12 and wake up anywhere from 4-5:30 on work days and on weekends I go to bed at like 2-3 and wake up at 7-8

When I was in high school I would go to bed at 2-3 and wake up at 6 for school and be a zombie every day and then on friday I would sleep like 2-2 to make up for all the lost sleep then saturday 2-8 then back to it.

9-10pm to 6am sharp on weekdays.

There's no set time for weekends, though. I just stay up as long as I feel then wake up when I'm fully rested.

10:30 PM - 7:35 AM

Every day

too late AM - too early AM

I'm not very good at watching my sleep routines :/

An easy rule of thumb - sleep at intervals of 90 minutes at a time (e.g., 6 hrs, 7.5 hrs).
Basically, your REM cycle takes 90 minutes to complete. So if it goes uninterrupted, you'll wake up less groggy and more refreshed

I usually sleep from 9:30PM to 5:00AM

8:30pm to 6am

need my sleep because i lift bro

Do you just lift weights and stuff all day?
