on weekends i stay up until like 3 am and then sleep in most of the day

on school nights i go to bed around midnight

go to bed at 10-11 most nights and wake up at 6-7

You obviously don't put too much effort in it. I use a bench press as a bed. Lifting is my life.

on weekdays i go to sleep around 12:30AM and wake up at around 9:15 or around there
on weekends i go to sleep around 3 AM and wake up at like 1 PM or 2 PM depending if i didn't stay up too late on a weekday

Anyways I tend to sleep differently depending on the day; week days I sleep from like midnight to 7:20am, weekends I sleep from about 2:00am to almost 1:00pm
