I thought Yogventures was pretty much a Minecraft clone?

What a load of bullstuff. How does Yogventures get greenlit and blockland gets spammed by forgettards saying "umg itz a mienzcrft cl0n3 l0l0l0l0l"

Can Badspot just put it on steam and pay the fee (if there is one) like other game companies too? Blockland LCC is licensed or at least it was, there's already a terms of service, what else is needed besides rules?
