This Is Not Proper Grammar.
Having capitalization after commas, Like so, Is not proper grammar.
Hitting the shift key for anything but acronyms, the first letter of the sentence, "I", or proper nouns is proper grammar, although I may be missing something. What you "prefer" does not matter in the long run, because you abide by the laws of the English language, not your own. Feel free to make your own language where it works, though. I'm sure nothing will go wrong.
