The best option is really just to buy a new computer.

never heard of ace of spades and urban terror is pretty low-req too

Pretty sure Ace of Spades' servers are shutting down because it's becoming a paid-for game.

Friend that gets ~20 fps tf2 lowest settings with lowest possible resolution, 32bit mode and directx version 7 gets 90 fps Urban Terror with no problems.

AoS was built from the ground up, though...Urban Terror runs on a 13-year old game engine.
