Requesting a Photoshop

Sup guys

I want to design a tshirt.  It'd have a background of a "color explosion" type thing, then be a picture of JFK in black and white wearing white shudder shades, then trans out the white so the background shows through.  I think it'd look awesome

I tried doing it but I suck so here I am
