I have about ~$750 dollars in the bank, and I got about $100+ in cash with me.  My parents owe me around $200 or maybe even a little over $300 which puts me over $1k.

I've got about £30~ in my debit account and £50~ in my cash ISA.

But I do have about £1.5k~ in Inheritence which I'm not to access yet.


Family is happy and has enough money to keep us going, but we're not rich.
Family is Working class. Father brings in much less money than the national average, but works full time.


Makes it a little bit awkward in my Classical Civilisation's class, where most people are very well off with rich parents. There's a 5 day trip to Rome in the summer which will cost roughly £490. We were asked to get a deposit of £250 in 4 days (Stupid circumstances meant prices have only been available very suddenly and deadlines exceedingly close).
Seemingly I was the only one aware of what a big ask that is.
Everyone else doesn't even bat an eye-lid to the amount of money being asked to conjure up in no-time.

There was a rather large outbreak of the antibiotic-resistant strain of salmonella when I was little that people got from a chain restaurant, and I got it, so I have a rather large settlement I get when I turn 18. Other than that, we've always been low-middle-class.
