Author Topic: My mother isn't well.  (Read 827 times)

I'm currently posting from my DSi.

My mother hasn't had a great day; my sister said she'd cook dinner but didn't even buy the ingrediants, let alone cook anything, and she's also had some kind of argument with her partner.
We were about to watch a DVD when she went to the toilet and started crying. She told me she was just going to go to bed. I went to talk to her and she basically shouted at me for going round to my friends house insread of spending time with her (The irony here is she limits my computer time because she wants me to spend more timw WITH friends). She then demanded that I give her all of my technology and go to my room and stay there for the rest of the night. At 6:45.
The whole computer limit thing is just getting out of hand.

Yeah there was this stage for me where I was a cold-hearted jerk to my mom and made her basically cry. But that's done and done now. It happens, man. Bake cookies with her or something!

menopause perhaps?

if not (or if so), I hope things to okay

my mom does that every night because she's an obbsesive whore, which is why most of my posts are at around 9pm on my laptop

She also says I can do things and 2 or more days later says she never let me. For instance, I invited a bunch of friends round to practice for a TF2 tournament and she said it was fine. The day after the next day, she said I was never given permission for thm to come round and that they could only stay for 2 hours, a third of the time she promised.

She also set my computer on Saturday to let me use it from 9:00 to 23:00 because more players are on late at night (I'm also alowed unlimited computer usage on Saturdays). She went out that Saturday and when she rang and I told her I was on the computer at10:30, she flipped stuff and nerfed my computer time on Saturday to 0 hours. I managed to persuade her to change it in the end, but yeah.

My mom does that too, little does she realize that if she let me work for my dad I wouldn't be on the computer in the first place.

where are you from? "come round"? "when she rang"? never heard anyone say that in the US.
