Author Topic: Games With Quick Time Events  (Read 851 times)

Heyo guys! I had a quick question. After playing games like Fahrenheit and The Walking Dead, I have become fond of games with quick time events. I was wondering if you guys knew of any game that is strictly quick time events, or has a lot of them. And please make sure the game is on PC. Thanks!

Heavy Rain is basically one long quick time event

The resident evil series after the 4th has a lot i believe

I know that one, and I said games that are on the PC only as well.

quick time events suck

I'm bad at reading obviously

Jurassic Park: The Game.

Anyone have any other games in mind with quick time events?

I don't think I've ever played a game with quick-time events, but they sound like bitches.

Meh, I only like them if I'm really into the story. Otherwise they're pretty annoying imo.

i remember some fighting game on wii that had quicktime events, but it was only with the wii remote and it allowed use of a gamecube controller and a few other configurations, but it still showed the prompts regardless, and they were pretty much necessary to play effectively

why would you have quicktime events for only one type of control setting and still show them regardless, and have them so vital to gameplay

i think it was a naruto game. ultimate ninja revolution 3 or some dumb thing like that

I guess I don't mind QTEs, as long as they're not relentlessly forced upon me. Saint's Row: The Third showed a good use of QTEs.

kingdom hearts 2 has a lot of "press triangle to do a thing" parts

the call of duty campaigns all have stuffloads of them

i like how all the examples that are given are pretty much the worst parts of each game.
