Has this ever been made? Has there ever been an attempt to make this? If you don't know what I mean I am referring to something like the server GUI for Minecraft.

it's called console.

what you would have to do is run a wrapper that when you click something translates it into a command and enters it and gets the output.

Possible, opened a canvas with a dedi server. Didn't get very far with it.
