You know what really pisses me off about this? It's not about you. Hell I don't even care that much about myself right now, but what does piss me off, is that you're saying you're "only getting ten presents" where there are people who's Christmas is scrounging around the scrap heap. Their Christmas is walking into the living room, hoping to see a tree, a stack of presents, stockings by the fireplace, filled with goodies, and what do they get? Nothing. I'm literally part of the group that doesn't get Christmas and I see you here complaining about getting "only ten presents."
That pisses me off. Because here you are, sitting here hoping for a few more presents, while all I look forward to is break. The break, after which, I'm going to have to lie to people about what I did, because I didn't do anything. Every single time I hear about somebody "not getting enough presents" I want to both cry and kill them. Because it not only reminds of my Christmas's, which I grew to loath, but also it reminds me of what selfish loving cunts people can be. Boo loving hoo to you with your only ten presents I'll have fun over here doing nothing.

the more fortunate will always be there, but you are you. what one does not get does not matter, but what one receives is what they remember.

lets keep this thread clean, clean as an untouched, open field after a long night of snowing.

I wonder when people will realize that every single goddamn Christmas movie ever tells them exactly what Christmas is about. It's not about gifts or material wealth, it's about showing your hospitality at least once every year and creating a day of peace and harmony across the globe. Gushy movie morals aside, quit your forgetin' whining. I'm not getting anything this year and I'm not going to tear someone else down for getting less because of it. Christmas is still awesome every year just because I think it puts people into a better mood.
