Well I guess I will cancel PCR. A lot of people were looking forward to it btu im not making any progress on the build. Knowing someone was making progress on the build would keep me at ease so I could work on the mod more.

Are we going to make a city with highly condensed highrise buildings that slowly taper out to smaller residential areas, or are we going for more of a town feel with mostly residential area but main street(s) where the commercial activities are.
