Author Topic: Collusion, see who is tracking you.  (Read 425 times)

''Collusion is an experimental add-on for Firefox and allows you to see all the third parties that are tracking your movements across the Web. It will show, in real time, how that data creates a spider-web of interaction between companies and other trackers.''

I'm not sure how many of you guys will have seen this before, or how old it is, but I'll post it anyway.

As i was happily browsing the internet i came across this little app for Firefox - I think it has a Chrome version - and thought it was seriously cool, it shows what sites are tracking you via cookies or are being sent data about you from a certain site you've visited. Check it out! it's free!

Blue are sites you have visited
Grey/white are sites you haven't visited

Had a quick browse round the forums and this was the result

http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/collusion/ - Mozilla download link
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_f5wNw-2c0 - TED talk that features it
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/collusion-for-chrome/ganlifbpkcplnldliibcbegplfmcfigp - Found a link for a Chrome version

on Chrome it should always display Google tracking stuff :cookieMonster:

So i visited 15 of these sites (roughly counted)
