Author Topic: Musket (Update! [14.12.12])  (Read 14414 times)

I like how when you shoot your gun flings up. Very nice touch.

Also, WW1 TDM anyone?

Every army in WWI was using bolt action rifles and machine guns.

Think of the musket at that point as a Wright Flyer is now.

Why is it so hard to put the picture on the original post?
why is it so hard for you to just click a link?

Well this one shoots regular bullets...

Plus someone invented musketballs that were pointed which became the modern bullet aswell...

Needs a better model.  Don't rip off of another Add-On.

That lego rifle overwrites the default gun hit sound with an annoying laser hit sound everywhere.

Ohhhhh.
So THAT'S how you resize images.

Are you talking about the lego rifle? If so, ya, this is just a recolored version... I haven't looked at the script but it's probably just tweaks.
Features

  • Huge but balanced bullet spread
  • Impossible to equip-dequip exploit
  • Headshots that color the head red!
  • Rifle model used from the old crappy "Lego Rifle" add-on with a lot of problems found on RTB (link)
Please, try using the original lego rifle. It's shell is a speeding bulet model and there's a lot of problems with the other one.

Uh, that's impossible. You can look into the script, I'm pretty sure there's nothing that might do that, especially since there's no laser hit sound in the .zip. Unless you mean the original lego rifle this is based off, ofcourse.

edit: Whoops, double toast.

So, is anybody willing to model for me? I'm planning to make a pirate pack of sorts, mostly these weapons:

I'd be highly greatful to anyone who models all of those weapons for me in lego-blocklandish style (trigger is square like default gun, rest is lego, etc.)

The musket hit it's prime in the 18th century. World War One was in the 20th century.

I chould model, but I.was going to use those weapons as the base for BlockArms 2.0

Didn't gravity cat come out with flintlock weapons?

I think they had hands or something?
I have a huge personal grudge on Hands-in-Models-that-are-animated idea.
Also I remember I didn't like it that much.

you obviously never tried them because there were never hands
