yeah. Most average games don't have mega graphics. Unless you are playing games meant to be graphically stunning like BO2 or FarCry 3.
Top one, it has a coherent style. Also, that is CrossFire, released in 2007, developed in Korea. That is not a 2003 game (if that was your point), and it doesn't have average graphics by any means.
If you mean modern average graphics, here's Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, which is considered to have average or bad graphics (this isn't the best shot. I couldn't find one from the release version, so I just took one from my screenshots):
