I was born in '93. I still occasionally play my Nintendo 64, and I miss Dexter's Laboratory, but other than that, people exaggerate how good it was. The only way it was actually better was we had a better economy at the time, and that leads to everything else seeming better.

I was born in 93 and I do consider myself a bit of a 90s kid, I don't remember much of the day to day life from those days but I remember all the things I used to do, as well as specific memories.

Times weren't any better or worse for kids. Everyone just remembers the things they did through rose colored glasses.

For instance, less parental care than today lead some pretty bad things to happen. I have a memory of going out with my brother and neighbor at night and talking to these "night ladies."
when I look back I'm pretty sure they were prostitutes.

So yeah, I was a 5 year old kid who hung out with hookers.

I hate the term 90's kid. It just sounds terrible. We, collectively, are just the Entitled Generation and should deal with the fact that no matter when we were born, we suck.

I can't remember much from the 90's except for a computer not closely as awesome as my current one.

My younger years were filled with european cartoons about socialism and the rugrats... My family moved to the states when I was a child.

Yeah, the only things I can look back upon from the 90s and feel good about are the cartoons. Other than that the 90s were pretty average.

Depends on taste, I still play a lot of 90's games and think they are better than the games being made today.
