Kalphiter has had every chance in the world to reform. The problem with that is: he hasn't.
If you see Kalphiter in-game he's being a douche, trying to Internet debate people ad naseum about trivial bullstuff involving computers nobody cares about. In every thread he posts in there's some discussion about his stupid web service. For the last few years he's been working on an RTB competitor that never made it past the "stealing from RTB" phase. Kalphiter's grudge against Ephialtes has caused him to repeatedly do and say things that has ground his reputation to dust.
If it weren't for a bunch of people repeatedly asking Ephialtes to provide an alternative to Kalphiter's hosting, it wouldn't even exist. He made himself so unlikable that people were willing to go without hosting at all, than to pay Kalphiter $6 a month to do it.
He has nobody to blame but himself. You can sit around and say nobody gave him a fair shot, but he never gave anybody a reason to. He once compared himself to Bill Gates, saying they were both autistic entrepreneurs, so there's no doubt in my mind after the last person leaves Kalph's service that he's either going to vanish on his own, or just go blitz and get himself completely ostracized.
