Looks nice but the only thing you got going for it is the size.
The good points of this build is the size and trees and foliage. The terrain design is average as a clear pattern is visible, and you don't shape it too much out of it's regular shape. The use of aligned cubescaping isn't bad, you just have to vary it up enough to kill the obvious patterning.
The biggest issue is the way the terrain melds into the walls surrounding the build. As a TDM boundary not purely large cubes it is fine, but usually apps should have some more effort put into it. At the very least you could have put sloping blocks along the sides to mediate he sharp change in angle better. The huge contrast from the terrain to the boundaries also is pretty strong.
The last issue is the obvious "square boundary corner" in the first picture; it's clear you started out by making that corner (at least) with a baseplate to bound it, or using large cubes. Usually you should blend it.
