That naming convention makes it sound old but it was made in 2009

What previous graphics card or Intel GMA did you use?

Old card was an ATI Readeon HD. Number was 4ks or higher. I had no problem running anything.

The series doesn't matter, we need the model. You could have a Radeon HD 5870 and still have greater performance than a Radeon HD 7450.

I hadn't checked it in ages. The model is a mystery to me.
And this is probably where the entire thread backfires and everyone calls me an idiot.

you probably should've checked on the card he was getting and caught him in the act of being a dummy

I don't normally research cards, but due to the fact he said it was a good card and that he had it in his own PC, and Borderlands 2 has a graphical option only for people with Nvidia cards, I figured it was pretty good. My mom said it was my fault it was put in because I agreed with him, but if I hadn't said a word she would have had it put in anyways. I'm hoping I can get in touch with the guy and get the card back.

I don't doubt it's a good card for his purposes, considering the most gaming he does is... is... FieldTown... on VisageListing... or something...

Did he even know you were going to do gaming with it?

if he doesnt report him to bbb

It was explained the reason we were getting a new set of stuff was because gaming was burning it up. It was made pretty clear.

Is it worse than Coolio's old computer?

I can't afford a new card anyways. It's under warranty, and my mother needs the free hardware. They just won't take special orders.
