Rules:
For your post to count as a bump you most have posted at least a week after the previous post.
No friendry. (Eg: lololol i iz bumper. HUE I BROKE A RULE BY BUMPING EARLEH! etc)
Simple rules for reasonable people....I think that may be a flaw.
