Is Badspot the All Powerful Monarch of the Forums?

I'm just wondering, just due to lately the oppressed topics that have been locked, and it confuses me because I thought there was a bit of balance of power, although, it is his site.

I'm just posting this here because I'm curious and hopefully he'll answer in stating if he is or isn't, because lately I've noticed a lot of people have been getting banned for even referring to Badspot as something inappropriate.

Hopefully I am not randomly banned for wanting justification.

Badspot owns the forums, we agree to a terms of service that allows him to ban us at any time without given reason. There is probably something about key revoking somewhere too, if not in the agreement for using the software to begin with.

I can't see how topics can be oppressed since they aren't sentient beings.

It's like saying that the Hoover Dam is oppressive to water.
