Despite the terrible video artifacts and horrible music, it's pretty well done. The lip sync is near-perfect, and the scenes are pretty well chosen.

The lip-syncing probably isn't perfect.

It's just that in Korean, there's probably different phonemes that correspond to different facial expressions, and we're subconsciously matching rhythm with the lip movements instead of the actual sounds.

Pretty averagely.

Its very easy to animate mouth movement, only the pronunciation of certain letters needs to be stressed in the drawing of the mouth-- otherwise any open and close movement is usually fine.

There are several parts of the video where you can see the mouth loop, its very loosely synced.

Well, this video backs up my theory that PSY is one of the horse riders of the apocalypse
