Sometimes, however for the vast majority of arguments I really doubt the person is just trying to be edgy.

I've noticed, that seeming every topic has some kind of descrepancy, even if it would seem to benefit all, or not need argument. Is there nothing this forum can all agree upon or not hate on? Or are we doomed to a paradigm of loathing?
