Author Topic: Roblox are offering $250  (Read 1714 times)

$250 to find an exploit... hell, you should be hired and placed as the lead programmer because the rest of the team is worse.
Oh stuff, never thought of that.

i recall google did something like this

That's what I was thinking.
If badspot said "alright, a free key to anyone who helps fix a serious exploit" I don't think anyone would really have much to complain about.
If he said "alright, you can crash a server by typing a certan command, but we're not sure what it is, tell us and win a prize" that'd be different

Besides, Roblox script is SO restrictive and limited. Mostly cause it's hosted on their servers.
So that means, no perminat data, no interaction with the internet, no access to account information or data, etc. etc.

How does blockland data persistence work? If someone closes te server and then launches it back up, will it still save the players location?

yep
its saved via .txt (or .cs) files in the blockland directory.

Oh boy another one of these that Jared will win because this is what he does.

So they can't find their exploits and expect the hackers to give up their exploits for $250

$250 is a lot to kids without jobs, lol.

$250 is a lot to kids without jobs, lol.

Money will go to the parents, and I don't see how thy can confirm if a parent has given them permission to send the money or something whether its by mail or some other form

dont really need permission to send someone mail. regardless of age lol.

if its a check, the kid may have a problem cashing it if his parents didnt joint-open an account for him. but otherwise i dont see how parents could have any say. unless they just open the kid's mail and take things. thats just the parents being richards, its not law related.

Isn't this click fraud?

Also, i highly recommend not foruming there.

They hate almost anything that we do.
