You're pretty good at this comedy thing. I laughed for about fifty minutes and then asphyxiated. I was revived at the hospital, remembered your joke, and the same thing happened again. I went into comatose and eventually came back to tell the story, but then it happened again when I read that. Eventually, they removed the part of my brain that processed humour and so now I can't find anything funny.
