Reasoning: I'm not going to say I'm the 100% best administrator. But I will say I'm better than most people. I like to have servers being a fair play and nice teams / players. I can modify and create guns. (Model / kind of code) though I haven't modeled in about 2 months. I am sure I can pick up from where I left. Might take some time to get back though. I can also build decently.

It doesn't matter if you have little experience, it depends where you've been admin and how you're good at it.

Nah, you don't need to show your building skill, but you should be experienced with building in case of any emergency.

Reasoning: I have over 1 year of experience of hosting and being admin on servers. I work well and talk often to fellow admins to decide the best choice when something needs to be done. I warn people first if they are breaking the rules. I then take an according action if they keep doing it. I know how and when to use my admin abilities effectively.
