no seriously, what is it?

There are certain antigens in your blood that define your bloodtype; it's a heredity trait.

O has no antigens. It can be donated to all.
A has "A" antigens, these will react with people of the B and O bloodtype.
B has "B" antigens, it will react with people of A and O.
AB has both antigens; and can be donated to by all.

Also, "reacting" defines clotting that leads to almost certain death.

RH factor is the "negative" or "positive." I forgot the true purpose of it, but basically if RH positive blood comes in contact with RH negative blood, it reacts. Roughly 25% of people have RH+.

Even if you have the right blood type, it can still clot.

so it's kind of trying your luck by getting a donation.

A blood can give to A, or AB

B blood can give to B, or AB

AB blood can only give to AB

O can give to O, AB, A, or B

RH- can give to RH- or RH+, but RH+ can only give to RH+. All blood types can be RH positive or negative.

O- is the true universal donor, however it is the hardest to find a suitable donor for since it can only receive O-

Someone give me a link to where I find this out.

O-

I'm special :cookieMonster:

Now I know which one of you to stab with pointy needles  :cookieMonster:

my mom doesnt even know mine lol

so my mom is A+,
and my dad is B+,
so that means that i'm either A, B, AB, O, and also possibly Rh+ or Rh-.
