The gym won't change much really because most gyms have their windows near the top of the walls. But I suppose I could make a change.

Well mostly I meant the color scheme.

I think now you really need to focus on the lobby- it should be vibrant and party-like.
Maybe add a jukebox where people select music (only after current song ends).

Well the dance floor is basically a jukebox, but I'll add a jukebox along with a system that disables it for the dance floor.
