Delineation again. I'd rate mine a 6.
You can be in multiple areas at once.
Group seperation via workability
The people who don't try: These people are sort of common, and they like to talk a lot. They get low grades.
The people who try: These people actually do the work and get C's, B's and A's.
The people who really try: This is a small group. These people get most A's and few B's.
Group seperation via other factors
Swag/Rap admirers: My school is in the ghetto (and in SoCal), so swag is interlaced with rap. These people like to listen to rap. This is what most of my school is.
Swag/Rapcigarettes: Swag/rap admirers who take their culture to the point where they blast rap music.
Taggers: These people are very uncommon (but were probably common a few years ago), but the old desks at my school are scratched with gang names. Some spots of the school are tagged by sharpies, paintbrushes, or some other marking item. The storage sub-rooms in the band room are very tagged.
Potheads and druggies: I don't know who is a pothead or not because I really don't want to sacrifice my grades to attempt to get into the culture. Basically, the bathrooms smell like weed once or twice a week. I know some people who've talked to their friends about how they got drunk once, though.
Smart people: I know some of them at my school.
